My sister and I are committed to obtain healthy, glowing skin with natural methods. And despite the results we already got, we still make sure to continue with our natural treatments to maintain the best results.

My sister, Catarina O’Donnell is 62 years old while I, Gracilda Thompson, am already 65. Even now, we still receive so many compliments about how we look as young as 40 years old. My statements are not meant to boast my own self but rather to inspire others as well. Our healthy young-looking skin is so noticeable that it is evident that natural remedies will result to a naturally healthy glowing skin. There are also natural products readily available in the market but for us, we prefer to use only natural ingredients to achieve our goals.

A few years ago, I noticed that my peers were using over-the-counter formulas like creams and facial masks that were so expensive and others were even into surgical cosmetic treatments. I got more self-conscious of my looks and was scared of those chemical-based creams and laboratory procedures. Aside from the fact that we all know that they are so expensive, they also have some side effects because of the chemicals they contain and the processes that are involved to create them. However, the methods that my sister and I use are safe and natural. The results are applaudable because as our peers and other people constantly describe us as looking incredible naturally.

Drink Plenty of Water           

This is important to improve the circulation of our blood and helps to flush out toxins from our body. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day can help promote well-hydrated healthy skin, free from dryness. Skin dehydration is caused by an inadequate water supply in our body and causes our complexion to appear dull. Prevent skin dryness by supplying your system with enough water for a radiant complexion.

Egg White Mask

Egg whites contain essential nutrients that are beneficial for healthy skin. It is rich in proteins which helps regenerate skin cells that maintain skin elasticity and tighten pores. Lemon juice and honey are also great ingredients to achieve excellent results.

Mix an egg white, a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of lemon juice to create a natural facial mask. Apply it on the affected areas on your face and massage gently for a few minutes.  Leave it on your face until it dries. Wash thoroughly with lukewarm water and tap dry with clean towel. Apply this regularly. For best results, apply coconut oil after your facial mask as an effective natural skin moisturizer.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil contains antioxidant properties which prevent free radicals from forming (these are the cause of imperfections). It is also safe to use coconut oil as natural skin moisturizer which helps keep the skin smooth and supple.

Apply coconut oil into the problem areas of your skin, especially into your face and massage gently for about 5 minutes or until the coconut oil penetrates deep into your skin. It is best to do this process before going to sleep so you can leave the coconut oil to absorb into your skin overnight and rinse it off in the morning. Do this process daily to help keep your skin smooth and hydrated.
